We are seeking an experienced and talented Multimedia Designer to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our visual identity, working across web, digital media, and potentially UI/UX interfaces for our industrial automation software.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and maintain high-quality websites and digital platforms.

• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces (UI) for industrial automation dashboards, HMI systems, and bespoke software applications.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to simplify complex data sets and industrial processes.

• Create engaging visual content for IT consulting and automation projects.

• Ensure all digital assets and interfaces are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility.

• Create 2D/3D animations and motion graphics to visualize abstract engineering concepts or automate data visualizations.

• Perform high-level image retouching and manipulation for hardware photography, site installation photos, and digital marketing collateral.

• Maintain and evolve the CTRLSYS visual identity across all touch points, ensuring a professional and cohesive aesthetic.

• Design engaging graphics for social media, email campaigns, and whitepapers that translate technical IT consulting services into digestible visual content.

• Collaborate with the web development team to produce modern, high-performance layouts and interactive elements for the company and client websites.

• Work alongside IT consultants and automation engineers to ensure design aesthetics never compromise technical functionality or industrial safety standards.

• Collaborate with software engineers to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive visual designs.

• Manage end-to-end design projects from initial concept to final delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in multimedia design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic work.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and a solid understanding of digital trends.

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to ensure designs are technically feasible for developers.

• Knowledge of compression standards, file formats (SVG, WebP, MP4), and optimization techniques to ensure fast load times across industrial web interfaces.

• Expertise in designing for various breakpoints, from mobile devices to large-scale industrial monitoring screens.

• Skill in Information Design—turning complex industrial data and IT workflows into clear, aesthetic infographics.

• A unique blend of artistic creativity and technical logic.

• A graduate-level understanding of IT or Computer Science to effectively communicate with the software engineering team.
